Refund Policy

For a period of thirty (30) days following the date of the related Managed Methods invoice or receipt, that the unmodified Software, when properly used in conjunction with the hardware and software for which it was designed, will operate substantially in accordance with the applicable documentation. Managed Methods does not warrant that Software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Managed Methods's sole obligation under this warranty is to use commercially-reasonable efforts to correct any material error reported by you, as required to conform the Software to this warranty. If Managed Methods is unable to make the Software operate as warranted, you will be entitled, upon certification of destruction of the Software and all copies, to a refund of the fees paid by you hereunder.
